In 2009 the CUS-2000 ultrasound scanner was upgraded from analog to digital which improved the quality of the picture much more. Another thing that was improved is the screen resolution, which is now 640*480. It has a USB port so you can transfer data to your PC. And one very important thing with this unit: now the probe is multi frequency 3.5/5.0 MHz. (Other scanners like this on the market are still analog and do not have a multi frequency probe.) That is why Veterinary Digital ultrasound scanner CUS 20000 is selling very well in the US and all over the world, with very good customer satisfaction. I have the older version of the CUS 2000 and have used it for three years with no problems. It is a very good machine and reasonably priced.
